FirstDCS is committed to changing the methods and perspectives used by business consultants. We began operating as a management consulting firm on January 5, 2013. We decided that we couldn’t be like the others, so we divided into three independent consulting firms.

Our present offerings extend beyond management consulting, which is our main focus, to encompass business process and information technology consulting. When we refer to consultants, we don’t just mean the basics; we also refer to providing our clients with A-Z solutions so they can stay up with the ever changing business environment.

Kiran has over 15 years of experience in International Business Development and Sales. He has a career portraying multiple role in Business Planning, Trade and Export Promotions, B2B and B2G partnership development, Financial Due Diligence and Technology Sales.He played senior roles at Business France and BNP Paribas. Kiran holds a Master’s Degree in International Management from Kedge Business School (France) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Technology. 

Balarama Krishna- is having more than 16 years of cross functional industry experience and business leader with extensive experience in improving business processes. Balaram has worked in various industries like E-Commerce, Retail & CPG, Manufacturing (Process & Discrete), experienced in providing futuristic solutions, and a strong track record of establishing supply chain processes for global clients, improving client productivity to drive competitive advantage. Worked in various domains like Supply Chain, Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Materials Planning, Inventory control. Multi-Cultural experience of living and working with Teams & Customers in India & United States, Critical focus on Customer Success with a consultative approach while collaborating with Partners & SOP Teams. Built& lead cross-functional teams including remote & distributed teams.He is an Anaplan Solution architect with proven experience in handling global projects. He is a Mechanical Engineering graduate form Andhra university.

Kovilah started her career as a Commercial Attachee at the French Trade Commission where she helped French companies predominantly in the IT, Aerospace and Defence sectors who wanted to do business in India. Her next stint was with a global learning company where she organized many learning expeditions programs for Executives from the automotive sectors and students from reputed business schools in France. For the past two years, she has been heading the Bangalore office of a French Destination Management Company where she handles the back-end operations.

Kovilah holds a Post Graduate Diploma in International Business from Symbiosis Institute of Management and is a Computer Graduate from Bangalore University. She is an avid reader who loves travelling and learning new languages.
